Recently had some issues upgrading to the latest version, but I was able to get it working by going to Settings > Personal Cloud > Uninstall Updates, then heading back to the Play Store to upgrade. Worked perfectly! Liking the new version, especially having Memories right on the home screen. Family Share is also a great deal! Overall happy with the latest update

The amt of space is great but there's just not enough flexibility. Why wouldn't I just use Samsung or Google's service? I mean, they're usually already baked into the device anyway. There needs to be more flexibility as well, for example like with Google Drive or One Drive; i have the ability to upload whatever i want. Plus, ATT cloud is like an all or nothing deal (u can turn on photos, but it's gonna back up ALL you're photos) u don't even have the ability to choose which items u wana back up!

I never used this feature, not even during the free trial, yet I can't uninstall the app. If I ever want the service, I'll reinstall the app. I switched to AT&T wireless and got a Samsung phone loaded with redundant bloatware I don't control. Apps (many redundant) from AT&T, Samsung, Android/Google and even Microsoft. I can't uninstall. At best I can disable, but every system update turns them on again. A $1k phone, but the true cost is my personal data going EVERYWHERE.
